Jade Morgan
Rue-Jade Morgan (Jade) heralds from a coastal village called Te Rāpaki ō Te Raki Whakaputa (Rāpaki Marae) in Ōtautahi - Christchurch. Jade has an extensive background of delivering Physical Activity and Health & Wellbeing programmes to the community. Currently Jade is working as a Senior lecturer with Foundation Studies and has also created a cultural engagement programme for Ara Poutama Aotearoa - Department of Corrections New Zealand, which received national recognition with the Māui-tikitiki-ā-Taranga Award in the Arts Access in Corrections Category. Jade also helps across the polytech assisting both staff and students to learn more about Māori culture and associated cultural activities.
